Garlock Enterprises(“we,” “us,” or “Garlock Enterprises”) operates the Garlock Enterprises website for its short-term cabin rentals in Boonville, New York. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Questions? Reach us through our inquiry form.
What we collect
- Inquiry details. When you submit the inquiry form we collect your name, email, phone number, the stay you're interested in, your requested check-in / check-out dates, number of guests, and any message you include.
- Anti-spam signals. The form includes a hidden field that a person never sees and a timestamp recording when the page finished loading. Automated submissions fill the hidden field or submit implausibly fast, and both get discarded. Neither is used to identify you.
- Communications. Emails, texts, and calls we exchange while arranging your stay.
- Site analytics. Google Analytics 4 (GA4) sets cookies to measure page views, referrers, device, and approximate location in aggregate. No cross-site advertising tracking.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange your stay.
- To send you a confirmation that we received your inquiry.
- To improve the website and understand what guests look for.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers we use to run the site (Resend for email delivery, our hosting provider, and Google Analytics), or where required by law. Your inquiry details are sent to the property owner so they can respond to you.
Text messages
If you call Garlock Enterprises and the call is not answered, an automated text is sent back to the number you called from, asking what you need. After a completed stay you may get one text asking for a review. That is the whole program: service messages about your own inquiry or your own stay.
Message frequency varies and depends on what you contact us about. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third party. Your number is used to reply to you about your own inquiry and nothing else. We do not send promotions or marketing by text.
Texts are sent on our behalf by our messaging provider so they can be delivered, and by the software that runs our phone and review follow-up. Neither uses your number for anything other than delivering these messages. See our terms for the full text message program.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for basic site functionality. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies. Most browsers let you control or clear cookies in their settings.
Data retention
We keep inquiry records as long as needed to respond to you and manage bookings, and as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Children
Our services are intended for adults booking travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
